The premise is simple: walk in, get food, walk out. Nothing flash, just an honest baguette, packed to the rafters with whatever you feel like, all in under a minute. My current favourite is the chicken salad combo: a warm, crisp baguette layered with roast chicken and then crammed with cucumber, tomato, lettuce, beetroot, julienned carrot and a sprig of fresh coriander.
